Process Engineering
As a leading technology and service provider with a clear focus on process engineering, we implement and optimize state-of-the-art plants. Our strong team of over 50 experienced process engineers and young talents develops our own processes, efficiently implements third-party technologies, and cooperates closely with internationally renowned process providers and technology partners. Thanks to our in-house civil engineering license held by Pörner ZT GmbH, we are authorized to carry out all audits and completion reports in accordance with the respective federal states' requirements, including the necessary inspections, acceptance reports, and communication with authorities.
Construction Site Management
Pörner specializes in complex shutdowns and precise process control on construction sites. Our integrated construction site management ensures construction and assembly work is carried out quickly, safely, and efficiently.
During the detail engineering phase, we simulate assembly and disassembly processes in 3D to optimize processes and minimize downtime. Our experienced teams coordinate all trades, manage supply chains, and control critical interfaces on site.
Our assembly managers and specialists respond immediately to any deviations, providing targeted troubleshooting to ensure adherence to schedules, quality, and budgets.
