CSA Services in Detail
We perform structural calculations using advanced, industry-specific software and 3D modeling techniques. This enables us to optimize load-bearing structures both technical and economically – while meeting the diverse demands of industrial, commercial, and architectural demanding projects.
Depending on pproject requirements and complexity, we also develop detailed 3 D construction plans for concrete and steel structures – ensuring clarity, accuracy, and seamless execution.
We develop detailed architectural and structural plans, as well as complex refurbishment, reinforcement, and upgrade strategies. Our highly qualified team ensures that all aspects — from architectural design and building physics to fire protection and technical regulations — are fully considered.
We prepare performance specifications using specialized tendering software. Our standard templates are enhanced with project-specific service items, allowing for precise alignment with each project’s needs. Thorough bid evaluations ensure contracts are awarded to the best-qualified bidder.
A resolution passed by the State Assembly of North Rhine-Westphalia on July 12, 2018 mandates that structural safety verifications for buildings under BauO NRW 2018 may only be issued by certified structural engineers.
Our CSA department fully meets these quality assurance requirements and can officially confirm that our structural engineers are recognized as “qualified structural designers” in accordance with BauO NRW.
